T2DM a metabolic disease characterized mainly by insulin resistance, reduction secretion, and hyperglycemia. major public health cause concern not only increase in morbidity mortality associated with patients disease, but also significant quality life productivity among economically active population. Isolated hyperglycemia refers to normal fasting plasma glucose no ketoacidosis. With rise presence hidden symptoms, it vital determine diagnostic sequence, blood-glucose control sulfonylureas or insulin, diet exercise.
